founded in the year 1828 it is the institute, the factory, museum and the complex of wine tasting. Its oenoteque contains 21,651 bottles of wine, including pink muscat produced in 1836, marked in the Guinness Book as the oldest wine in Russia. Tasting includes 8 different types of wine.

After the Revolution, it housed a nursing home. In February 1945, the Yalta Conference reunited in great secrecy the heads of the governments of the Soviet Union Joseph Stalin, the United Kingdom Winston Churchill and Franklin D Roosevelt of United States, to decide the fate of Europe after the defeat of the Third Reich. Today the palace is a museum. It is also used by the Ukrainian authorities for international summits.
Inkerman, the visit of the monastery and cellars, wine-tasting
Around 1850, a Russian Orthodox monastery was built there on the cliff side and it was destroyed during the Soviet period, but was rebuilt and is now operational. One of the greatest centers of wine production of Crimea is situated here since 1961. The vineyards are located near Sevastopol and in the southern Crimea. The aging of wine in cellars is furnished in limestone with a total square of over 50 000 m2.

Cavern monastery of the Dormition
