You can then use the pre-reservation form to send us your request. At the end of January you will receive an email with payment instructions for your order, you’ll be able to pay by Visa card or Mastercard. After full payment your reservation will be confirmed.

What is the minimum equipment guaranteed in each apartment?
All apartments have : bathroom (bath or shower), kitchen, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, TV, iron and ironing board, a lift (if building is more then 4 floors), a bed (or sofa bed per person booked).
Many apartments have: washing machine, a cable or satellite TV and internet but we can’t guarantee these services / facilities in all apartments. If you need more facilities apply for them or choose the VIP package.

Comfort of our guests, security and cleanliness are our priorities. The location is also important: all apartments are located within reasonable distance of a metro station. This allows you to move quickly around Kiev. You can get to Olympic stadium by metro.

Kiev is a city that has grown considerably in recent years. Even though it’s a big city with lot’s of expensive cars and luxury boutiques. But situation is totally different with accommodation, most of buildings are "Soviet" type. In the apartments we offer have minimal facilities and services necessary for your comfort, this is often not the case of a sheared areas.
Access to buildings is often difficult for foreigners. Lack of sign indicating the street, no number on the front doors, dark stairs etc.. Even the local taxi drivers have trouble navigating. We recommend you to spot around the first time you go out. For floors, note that the first floor is a ground floor, the second corresponds to the first, etc.
